Training Administration Management

Dear Steven,
thanks for reply and for explaining your point of view. First of all, let me say it was neither the meaning of my message nor my intention to denigrate all the previous work you have done for us, in conjunction with Mxxx Axxx and Axxx Bxxx. Now, as I told yesterday to Waldo Pepper, the arguments you cited are all quite understandble even if, above all, merely from an aseptic point of view of trading rules. Actually, is not a negligible concern that our commission to AMT has been confirmed several times up to now as I do really hope for the future. I mean that, especially taking into account the well consolidated relationship, we should be considered a good and reliable guest even though at times we do not appear well determined or very accurate.
This said, I learned that sometimes during the past DC 10/40 training a few topics have not gone smoothly but our last minute requirement changes and/or some misunderstanding are part of the real nature of the business; it is all true but I do believe that, in order to overcome some inevitable technical obstacles and to avoid possible mistakes, if we are all able to make the right/timely requests, assessments and plannings, always with trusting aptitude and common sense, we'll get the best results.
Tracking information received: thank you.
Regards

Thanks for reply. That's all quite understandble above all merely from an aseptic point of view of trading. Neverthless, is not a negligible concern that our commission and consequent reciprocal business relation have been confirmed several times up to now as I do hope for the future.
This said and in order to overcome some technical obstacles that you underlined, I do believe we should be able to plan farsighting and with trusting aptitude.
However, thanks again for your frankness and explanations.

Dear Conti,
I forwarded your message this morning to our Charlotte office as they
have the tracking numbers for these shipments. As I was away from the
office this morning I hope that my reply is timely enough for you. I
understand that they already sent you the tracking information.
I do to a certain extent resent your remarks that we are non-responsive
to Alitalia's requests. I worked with Mxxx Axxx for over 2 years
to lay the groundwork necessary to begin working with Alitalia, which I
am proud to say we now do. There have been some learning curves to get
over as is always the case. On several occasions we have expedited
instructors to your location in order to meet a deadline which was
driven by your company needs, and we are happy to do so. On one recent
occasion we were surprised to learn that 8 additional students had been
added to one of our courses without our knowledge. We were informed by
our Instructor on the first day of class.
Please understand that it is our policy not to begin printing and
shipping materials until we receive the signed contract and in most
cases the deposit as well. On many occasions we have tried to print
materials only to have the client change their mind at the last minute
and leave us holding the bag so to speak. All major airlines have last
minute changes, that is the very nature of the business, and one which
we are accustomed to working with. Actually one of the biggest reasons
our clients utilize our services is our last minute flexibility. I am
sorry to learn that you think we are not providing the service you want.
I am also sorry to learn that you think we are over zealous on expecting
signed contracts and deposits, I would imagine before Alitalia does
maintenance on an airliner for an outside client that signed contracts
and deposits are sent and received before work is commenced. I will be
happy to come and meet with Marcello and yourself to discuss how we can
improve our relationship and our level of service. A JAR-147 Approval
is something that is difficult to achieve and our courses are fully
accepted and audited so I am not sure exactly what you are looking for.
But rest assured we are happy to work with you to achieve this. I
remain
Sincerely,

Hi there,
I'm sorry to disturb you again but this is the third o fourth time that
I'm trying to obtain answers or even simple replies concerning topics
other than pricing or advanced payments but rather involving logistics
like material delivery. In the past the latter was sometimes source of
delays and extra expenses for us. I want all of you to remind that,
facing the last signed contract, we are firmly determined to achieve a
DC 10-40 training of excellent quality, not just suitable. With this
said, let me know please if all the material is on the way or what else.
Yours prompt reply will be highly appreciated. Regards

Steven,
this is to renew my request to know if the training material for the
classroom of 25 attendees has been already delivered and what is the
relevant shipping reference (agent, airwaybill number); be aware this is
a quite urgent matter in order to avoid wasting time the first day of
lesson and/or to avoid being forced to make a large amount of last
minute extra copies. Further to the phone call of Adrian Rogers I do
confirm: Hotac at Hilton Airport hotel: dates changed as follows IN-June
23/OUT-July 6 Pickup at 8:30 AM of Monday 24 PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT
Thanks and regards
