Gruppo Fini: Il rinnovo del look incrementa le vendite, ora tocca alla linea “Gli Autentici” Wed, 17 Oct 2018 17:11:55 +0200 http://content.comunicati.net/comunicati/aziende/alimentari/497336.html http://content.comunicati.net/comunicati/aziende/alimentari/497336.html Borderline Agency Borderline Agency A completamento della strategia di riposizionamento della marca iniziata lo scorso anno con la linea premium “I Granripieni”, nel secondo semestre 2018, Fini rinnova anche la sua linea più classica “Gli Autentici” Un incremento del 7,9% dei volumi venduti nei primi 9 mesi del 2018, con rotazioni medie a +6%. Sono questi i numeri del Gruppo FINI, la celebre azienda emiliana specializzata nella pasta fresca ripiena con oltre 100 anni di storia alle spalle, che attestano stabilmente FINI al secondo posto del mercato della pasta fresca ripiena a volume e a valore, trend calcolati rispetto a valori della quota di mercato già molto positivi del 2017 e comunque in incremento di +0,7 punti rispetto allo stesso periodo dell’anno scorso.

Sono stati proprio i risultati incoraggianti del restyling sulla linea premium “I Granripieni” che hanno spinto l’azienda a completare il lavoro anche sulla gamma “Autentici”, che da settembre 2018 è sugli scaffali della GDO con un’immagine totalmente rinnovata e in linea con il nuovo posizionamento della marca. Il Gruppo quindi, con il restyling della linea base di referenze classiche “Gli Autentici”, porta a compimento il percorso di innovazione iniziato nel 2017 con il rinnovo della linea premium “I Granripieni”, che raccoglie i formati più tradizionali e i ripieni più gustosi di tortellini, tortelloni e ravioli.

A seguito di questa scelta, alla fine del 2017 tutti gli indicatori di performance della linea “I Granripieni” avevano segnato una crescita a doppia cifra: +25% di distribuzione numerica e +18% di ponderata a dicembre 2017, era aumentato il referenziamento medio della categoria a scaffale e cresciuta la rotazione di base dei prodotti (+13%). Tali trend si sono quindi confermati anche nel primo semestre del 2018, nonostante, negli ultimi tempi, il mercato stia mostrando qualche segnale d’affanno, in particolar modo nelle aree del Nord Italia. Le attuali confezioni della gamma “Autentici” sono caratterizzate dalla presenza centrale del logo circolare FINI, che rende immediatamente riconoscibile l’azienda a scaffale, ma anche ben evidente il “Modena 1912” a riconferma del legame con la tradizione e il territorio. Il blu, colore caratteristico di Fini, è la sfumatura dominante anche nelle nuove confezioni de “Gli Autentici” e fa eco all’aspetto della linea premium “I Granripieni”, seppur con una gradazione differente a sottolineare la distinzione tra le due gamme.

Su ogni confezione, oltre alla visibilità del prodotto attraverso una trasparenza sulla pellicola, vengono ben esplicitati anche i gusti del ripieno. “Gli ingredienti del ripieno – racconta Roberta Morini, product manager Fini - sono stati riprodotti in foto a grandezza naturale, posati delicatamente su un piatto da portata, come fossero davvero pronti da assaporare". Che aggiunge:” Le novità per Gli Autentici non si fermano all’estetica, ma riguardano anche le ricettazioni: non cambia la riconoscibile sfoglia ruvida, porosa e trafilata al bronzo tipica di Fini, ma le ricette di alcuni ripieni sono state rivisitati per offrire un gusto più pieno, ancora più morbido ed avvolgente in bocca”. Anche questa fase rientra nella grande strategia di valorizzazione dell’identità dell’azienda modenese e delle caratteristiche che la differenziano nettamente dagli altri player del segmento, guidata dal Marketing di Gruppo Fini a partire dal 2016.

Fini è l’unica grande realtà alimentare specializzata in pasta fresca ripiena della tradizione emiliana ad avere sede proprio in Emilia, a Modena, a pochi chilometri dal luogo in cui, secondo la leggenda, fu inventato il primo tortellino della storia. Sabato 20 e domenica 21 ottobre "Cantiere Aperto" a Castello Banfi
al laboratorio di Scavo e Restauro di Brunella, la balena fossile rinvenuta nel 2007


(Montalcino, 17 ottobre, 2018) �“ Il prossimo venerdì 19 ottobre, presso il Teatro degli Astrusi a Montalcino, avrà luogo una conferenza di presentazione del progetto inerente il restauro e lo studio di Brunella, la balenottera pliocenica rinvenuta a Poggio alle Mura nel 2007 e risalente a circa 4 milioni di anni fa. La conferenza, dal titolo Alla scoperta di Brunella, la balenottera fossile di Poggio alle Mura, avrà inizio alle ore 10:00 e sarà dedicata esclusivamente ad alunni e insegnanti della Scuola Primaria di Montalcino. Il dott. Michelangelo Bisconti, del San Diego Natural History Museum, illustrerà l'intervento di scavo e restauro attualmente in corso presso il cantiere-laboratorio di Castello Banfi, lo studio scientifico multidisciplinare condotto in collaborazione con varie Università e il programma delle attività didattiche e formative. Tra queste, il Campo Scuola in Scavo e Restauro Paleobiologico, giunto alla sua terza edizione, che si terrà dal 12 al 17 novembre, e le visite guidate gratuite al laboratorio aperte alle scolaresche e al pubblico.
Lo stesso giorno alle ore 15.30, presso Castello Banfi, l'Arch. Anna Di Bene, Soprintendente Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio per le province di Siena, Grosseto e Arezzo, inaugurerà ufficialmente l'iniziativa Cantiere aperto, con le prime due giornate di visite guidate gratuite previste per sabato 20 e domenica 21 ottobre dalle 10:00 alle 12:30 e dalle 14:30 alle 17:00.
I lavori di restauro e studio rientrano nell'ambito del Progetto Brunella, frutto della collaborazione tra la Soprintendenza Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio per le province di Siena, Grosseto e Arezzo, la società Banfi e l’Istituto di Studi Archeo-Antropologici. Il Progetto è supportato da un finanziamento Art Bonus da parte della società Banfi al Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali, oltre ad avvalersi del patrocinio e sostegno del Comune di Montalcino e del riconoscimento di prestigiose istituzioni scientifiche italiane ed internazionali.
